Cristina Silingardi is a dedicated and seasoned management professional with leadership experience that spans industries, cultures and languages. As the Managing Director of vcfo’s Austin office Cristina has helped to customize solutions clients of diverse cultural and traditional backgrounds. She is fluent in English, German, Native Portuguese, and conversational Spanish.
Prior to joining vcfo, Cristina held a number of high-ranking professional positions, including serving as the CFO and Treasurer for HamaTech USA, Inc., and Corporate Controller for STEAG AG in Essen, Germany. Her vast expertise in corporate finance, accounting, treasury functions, revenue recognition, strategic planning, corporate management, and restructuring has made her a valuable asset for every organization she has been a part of.
Cristina manages the Austin field consultants and oversees their clients’ financial, accounting, operational issues, developing business plans, growth strategies, and restructuring procedures, executing due diligences and post-acquisition integration, and analyzing and reporting financial performance results.
Cristina is highly active in her local community here in Austin. For her, nothing is more important than playing a role in furthering the development of the city and its businesses. She is currently a Board Member for the Easter Seals of Central Texas, where she serves as Treasurer. In addition, she is also a Board Member for Austin Technology Council, also serving as Treasurer.
