As Head of Field Sales at Xero, I lead a team of 11 field based, high achieving individuals, our focus is on transforming accounting practices by introducing cloud platforms. Aside from sales leadership and digital transformation I recently became a mother to a wonderful little girl, this makes me even more intent on being a positive role model, not just to my own daughter, I want to prove to my little girl that there are no ceilings. I work with the tech she can initiative which PWC run to help to increase the number of women working in technology roles in the UK. It aims to tackle the root cause of the problem at a societal level by inspiring and educating young girls and women to get into tech careers and sharing best practice across the organisations involved.
